This is Stews Langford

This is Stews Langford

I previously posted this under a different post but thought its own post would be good.

This is a picture of prospect lake (top) and langford lake ( bottom) you can see how terrible it looks. Additionally with all the development it has an effect on the water from the cast off of blasting so much.

Someone pointed out that it is a hard comparison due to vegetation and geology. That's out of my realm of knowledge. However you can't argue how terrible it looks.

When will candidates running for council say how they plan on paying for grand plans?

I have recently read that one candidate who aligns with Stew recently went to the Aldergrove outdoor water park and their campaign manager had taken pictures and videos to see how it is run. They imply to be working on a plan to get one in Langford.

Don't get me wrong, I think it would be fabulous addition, however that side is angry about the current council buying the YMCA and are tax increase as a result. So how the hell do they plan on paying for an outdoor water park without raising our taxes!??

Id also like to know how they plan to make the trans canada bus lanes HOV lanes they are provincial territory, or rapid transit, which is a multi level, multi municipal issue.

I could go on and on about the "promises" they plan to make that just arent possible, with out years (stew would be 85 yrs old by then) of planning or massive increases of taxes.

Before, im told im just a LV supporter and spread8ng mis information ... again.

I will say about the only promise I agree with so far, is bringing in more support services for seniors in the langford area. Unfortunately its recommended by someone I beleive has been a large contributor to the community divide. I just can't vote for them.

Brandy Gordon and misleading information.

Brandys latest Instagram post regarding women turnout, if i unserstand correctly is saying only a small percent of women came out to vote.

With the help from Google gemini what I found is that there is no way of knowing what percentage 9f voters were women. What i did find is that city of langford said there 8437 voters approximately 22-24% of eligible people voted, which is an increase from 18.5% in 2018

From what i can tell she looked up AI asked a question saw a number and ran with it as fact without looking into it further.

*** if possible could someone post a link from instangram***
