Looking to buy our next home and currently in a Sable house.
The area we are looking in has a ton of new construction from Eastbrook, Interra, JTB, Buffum, Bosgraaf, Curt Moran, Baumann, and AE. I’ve seen reviews from several years ago on many of these builders, but looking for more up to date feedback. In all I just want to put my family in a home that will last. Who do you recommend for quality, safety and efficiency?

I’ve seen reviews from several years ago on many of these builders, but looking for more up to date feedback. In all I just want to put my family in a home that will last and doesn’t suck. Who do we go with for quality, safety (it’s actually a concern, given that Sable managed to not actually secure the subflooring to a single joist throughout the kitchen and dining area of my home) and efficiency?
