Still in college and basically made this starting from zero. I remember first starting college and I was down to my last 500-1000 bucks.
Couldnt work during the semester due to heavy engineering courses but worked every break I got (Winter, Spring break, Summer, etc). Had internships that paid pretty well.
Also my parents were VERY transparent about not paying for my college. Thankfully I was blessed with a full ride merit scholarship at a pretty prestigious university. Lowkey probably wouldn’t of gone to college if it wasn’t for that scholarship. Looking back, its been such a stressful and rewarding journey. Every struggle and every success I had, definitely been one hell of a ride lol. AMA!
Still in college and my networth is 45k across all my accounts (HYSA, checkings, etc). Started investing a bit over a year ago.
Net worth is around 44-45k. Im graduating college in few weeks and will finally start my first full time job soon. Been investing about a year where most of this is from internships and some refunds from my school.
Luckily I have little to no debt and a fully paid off car. Wanna get to that 100k ASAP!
Started investing like a year ago, but im trying to be as aggressive as possible for growth. I am in the process of moving FSPGX to VOO since they are very similar. Was thinking a 50/30/20 split with VOO, VUG/QQQM, AVUV.
Have also considered adding SMH 10% in place of VUG/QQQM since I have that in my brokerage and its done very well so far.
Also have considered broader etfs like VTI, VXUS, or VT, but idk if I should add that to my ira.
still in college, but I plan on maxxing out this year, and already maxxed out last year.
