I recently just been prescribed .25mg of Xanax by my new PCP after having my first major panic attack a few weeks ago and since then I cant sleep well (insomnia) and feel like im in a constant state of fight or flight. I'm suppose to take it once in the morning and and once at night before bed for a week and come back to see how I'm feeling. Will this medication at that dose and frequency get me in a state of dependency or withdrawal? I'm hoping this short course can calm me down and get me back into a more calmer and relaxed state when finished.

I recently smoked marijuana, and have been for sometime, but this time was different. All of a sudden I couldn't control my thoughts and felt this huge wave of fear and paranoia wash over me, which lasted several hours until the high was over. Unfortunately, days later, I'm left with severe anxiety and residual paranoia and my digestion is all out of wack - it's like my nervous system is stuck in flight or fight. I can't concentrate or focus at all. I was wondering if a short course of klonopin or xanax can knock this out and get me back to normal? P.S. I'm done smoking marijuana for the foreseeable future!

What is the consensus on requesting max payouts across 20 accounts and how many can I do before I get sent to live? Would it be better to request 5 accounts at once per day until I've requested all 20 accounts to avoid flagging thier system and getting sent to live after one payout?
