Need Suggestions for a franchise business after loosing job from the wave of AI in Delhi/NCR ( Gurugram)

This post may seem a bit naive since I have not done extensive research yet, but I am looking for suggestions on franchise business opportunities.
I have a budget of up to ₹70 lakhs and am looking for a business that can generate steady income over the long term. I am not expecting overnight returns, but I would like something sustainable that can eventually become a profitable side business or at least provide some passive income while I look for my next job.
This money was originally set aside as the down payment for a residential property, but I have decided to put that plan on hold for now. Instead, I am exploring whether it makes more sense to invest in a business.
I am open to franchises across sectors such as education, healthcare, food, fitness, EV, retail, or anything else that has shown consistent performance.
If you own a franchise or have firsthand experience, I would especially appreciate hearing:
- Which franchise you chose and why
- Approximate investment required
- Time to break even
- How involved the owner needs to be
- What you wish you had known before investing
