Trolling my Russian friend ig

That “Я не ушел хорошо кофе пить по-русски” text was actually on accident cause they had typed something in Russian and I was gonna reply back with I don’t speak Russian well but since I forgot how to spell it I decided to use voice recognition and it said something completely wrong but since I ain’t wanna admit i was wrong I just decided to make up a story 😂

Need Advice: Continue Learning German or Start Russian?

I’ve been learning German on and off since 2023. I did German 1 in school and did pretty well, but I was never consistent outside of class and would take long breaks(like 3 months to a year) where I didn’t study at all. Now my school isn’t offering German anymore, so I’d have to switch to Spanish or French if I continue languages there.

Recently I got back into Russian (I had first started learning in 2022 but I think the war had happened a couple months after I started learning, so people would call me a traitor to the USA if they found out I was learning Russian and I lost motivation) through HelloTalk and ended up making Russian friends. I’ve been playing games and joining calls with them, and even though I don’t understand much, it actually motivates me to learn again so I can take part in conversations instead of just staying quiet. (And I would still think and watch like Russian related videos even though I wasn’t learning it).

With German I never really had that motivation. I could understand some basics(only peppa pig and like A1 videos) but I never felt that urge to actually use or even watch content in it.

Now I’m stuck between continuing German (or switching to Spanish/French in school) vs focusing on Russian because it actually feels fun and social for me right now.

Anything I should fix on my lat pulldowns?

This is my first time doing lat pulldowns. I had watched some tutorials on good form, but idk if it was correct or not.

Can you rate my workout and tell me if there’s anything I should add, remove, or improve?

So I’m a 16M, 5’7”, and weigh 118 pounds. I’ve been looking at calisthenics videos, and these seem to be the most common. I do have access to a gym since I live in an apartment, but with summer here now, I actually want to grind the best I can to get the body I want. And even when summer ends, I will continue to work out. I just need to know if this is good for right now.

Push day:
Push ups-> 4 sets of failure
Pike push ups-> 3 sets of 8

Did a Lain drawing for my project. (should I also color it?)

So today in class I was supposed to do a project about digital transmission in the real world that I gotta present in the morning, but after getting permission I was able to do it on serial experiments lain, which is cool but nobody had got the reference on why I chose this and not anything else but a quick question for y’all should I color it in or just leave it blank for rn.
