Starlink wants to charge me another $200 fee for correcting my address only 2 km away — am I cooked?

This was my first time buying Starlink, so I made a mistake during the order process.
At the beginning, Starlink asks for an address to check if the area is available. I entered my neighborhood, but not my exact address, because I only wanted to verify coverage first. Since it showed as available, I continued with the purchase without realizing the service address would later become locked to that exact location.
During checkout, I already paid the high-demand/congestion fee once (around $200 USD).
Now I noticed the correct address is about 2 km away, and when I try to move the pin even slightly, Starlink wants to charge me the SAME fee again, another ~$200 USD extra.
It’s crazy because even moving the pin a tiny amount instantly triggers the fee, so I think I’m right on the border of another cell/high-demand zone.
Has anyone had success using the service without changing the official address when the real location is very close? Or had support remove the extra fee through a ticket?

Is this normal? I play Valorant, and when I try to flick, it shoots on its own. Could it be because I have Rapid Trigger set to 1? But what I’m getting at is: it shouldn’t fire just because I make a quick movement. Has this happened to anyone else? Could it be caused by those black stickers that come in the box to stick on? Maybe it can be fixed by adjusting the settings, but then what’s the point of selling a product if what it offers actually puts you at a disadvantage?
