[routine help] 19yo beginner need help: Dryness, texture.

Hey everyone, I’m 19 and completely new to skincare.

I’ve always had "good" skin and never had acne, so I got away with doing nothing my whole life, but lately my skin has changed. It feels and looks very dry, and I’m noticing a lot of rough texture and fine lines that are really bothering me at my age.

The few random products I’ve tried make my skin flare up a bit, it gets a bit red and forms small, pimple-like bumps.

What I need help with:

How to fix the dryness and texture without triggering a reaction

Recommendations for a super basic, gentle routine (cleanser, moisturiser, SPF)Where should I start?

Also, the past few months I've developed a red cluster on my chin that won't go away? There like tiny pimples but there not even pimples. I've never have anything like this on my face before.

Where do I even start? Any recommendations for a basic, sensitive-skin-friendly routine? Thanks!
