We lift Flaky for prayer

Heavenly Father, please help save Flaky from constantly attacking others and cyberbullying. Please help him be nice and not get into trouble all the time. It’s okay to warn people about the danger of leverage, but I don’t think that’s primarily what’s motivating him.

Please get him to watch Brother Alex’s video and use the Judgment Day method so he can become a heavenly being. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

To my fellow SOXL investor Retracting My Endorsement of Maplo After Seeing His “Hot Girls Heart Jesus” Merch

Hey everyone,
I don’t know what ABQ is, but that’s beside the point. I wanted to come back and retract what I previously said about Maplo. After watching more of his content and reading his video description, I’m taking back my endorsement.
He’s selling “Hot Girls Heart Jesus” shirts, and I find it ridiculously carnal and bad boy behavior. Jesus is clearly for all girls not just the conventionally hot ones. Making merch that only highlights one type of girl feels very lookmaxxing and exclusionary. It comes off as discriminatory against ugly girls, average girls, cool and smart girls, and basically every other kind of girl out there.
I get that people make merch for marketing reasons, but this one rubbed me the wrong way. Christianity (in my view) shouldn’t be packaging faith around beauty standards and carnal appeal. I was too quick to support him earlier, and I wanted to correct that.
Sorry if I hyped him up before.

SOXL Decay explained at a Fifth grade level

Main idea: SOXL loses value over time because it moves three times as much as the normal market, so when the market wiggles up and down, SOXL gets shaken much harder and slowly wears down.

SOXL Decay Explained Like You’re in 5th Grade

Imagine SOXL is a super charged robot that copies the stock market’s moves but 3× bigger.

• If the market goes up 1%, SOXL goes up 3%
• If the market goes down 1%, SOXL goes down 3%

Sounds cool, right?
But here’s the problem…

SOXL resets every single day

SOXL doesn’t remember yesterday.
It starts fresh every morning.

It’s like you run a race every day, but you always start back at the starting line.

Why does SOXL decay? (The simple reasons)

  1. Big wiggles hurt it (volatility decay)

Imagine climbing stairs:

• Up 3 steps
• Down 3 steps
• Up 3 steps
• Down 3 steps

Even though you went up and down the same amount, you end up more tired and sometimes even lower than where you started.

SOXL does the same thing:

• The market wiggles
• SOXL wiggles three times harder
• Each wiggle takes a tiny bit of value away
• Over time, it gets worn down

This is called volatility decay.

  1. Losses hurt more than gains help

If the market drops 10%, SOXL drops 30%.
A big drop like that is very hard to recover from.

Even if the market goes back up later, SOXL doesn’t fully recover because it resets daily.

  1. Daily reset = long‑term weakness

Because SOXL recalculates its 3× move every day, it doesn’t grow the same way a normal stock or ETF does.

If the market goes sideways for months, SOXL slowly shrinks.

The more it bounces, the lower it gets.
