I have these two cauliflower, they aren’t very big, maybe the size of my palm, but they’re starting to turn this purple color and overall look a little weird. Are they starting to go to seed? I really want them to grow a bit bigger before I pick them but if they’re going to seed I’ll pick them now. I just want to figure out what’s going on

This is my leopard gecko’s, Cheese Bread, enclosure and I’m really wanting to turn it into a bioactive set up but the lip is only about an inch tall which is not tall enough. Does anyone have any ideas for making it taller? I was thinking maybe siliconing something to the inside of the door but I wouldn’t know what.
