I didn’t realize pio was considered to have “gone bad” 30 days after being punctured. Has anyone ever used a vial that was still well within the date on the label but had been open for longer than 30 days?
I’m finding mixed things online with it being “bad” due to either lessened efficacy or just increased risk of bacteria having entered the vial. I would literally only need one dose until i can get a new bottle. But I’m wondering if I’m totally SOL.
Has anyone used one before with no issues?

Anyone ever do an HSG in the same cycle as an FET? I wanted to do a transfer next cycle and my clinic told me I’m due for an HSG since my previous is almost a year old. I didn’t think to ask at the time, but I just kind of took it to mean that I’d do the HSG this cycle and have to wait on the transfer.

Anyone ever be able to fit both into the same cycle? The timing seems like it wouldn’t work with when I’d start meds vs. when they like to do the test.
