CapCut crashed after 2 hours of editing and lost all the edits

I am using CapCut on the Mac paying for the pro version and it's really bad so far.
Today it crashed after 2 hours of editing and lost all the work...
I was working on a video that is 28 min long, is that something that CapCut cannot handle?
Do you have any tips to make it work better?
I like the fact that is easy to use, and would like to use it more but it really feels like missing the basics here...

CapCut project doesn't open any more on Macbook Air M3

I am trying to open a project in Capcut which is 780mb but while opening it Capcut runs out of memory. I have 56GB free space and still cannot open it. I freed up as much space as I could but it becomes difficult to delete more.
My system is a Macbook AIR M3 16gb and 256GB space
I already disabled speed up hardwore decode and encode....
Any tip is welcome

I would like to organise a Cursor Caffè event in Eindhoven.
