Hi, I am new to cooking and when cooking chicken (cut into small strips for chowmein), I put some olive oil into a frying pan, turned the flame, and then added chicken after it was hot. After a while, the pan started turning a bit brown and chicken was sticking to it. I felt like the oil was all gone so I added a bit more.
The chicken was cooked fine but I am not sure if I did it wrong. Is the pan supposed to turn brown and sticky? Can’t attach a picture here.
