Is it the bin for my stamp collection?

I have an old ‘international’ stamp album dating from around 1970. I also have very low expectations in respect of its fate. Certainly no illusions that it has any financial value whatsoever. Maybe 100 or so pretty stamps though.

It’s just a case of the bin or whether anyone wants it.

Apparently, according to r/stampcollecting, there are still some stamp clubs or people use old ‘fancy’ stamps for decorative purposes. Anything like this in Stockport I could donate to?

The pattern says ‘close the small gap’ but I don’t know how to (UK tr/US dc) Can anyone help me please?

I just made a baby cardigan from a pattern that worked from the neck down and formed each shoulder by skipping a chunk of stitches on each side. Then you rejoin the yarn to complete each sleeve. I have followed the instructions very carefully and it means that you end up with a small gap in each armpit, which the finishing notes advise should be closed up. How should I go about it please?

My DIL asked me to make this cardigan for her first baby to wear home from hospital. I feel very honoured, so I want to do it properly and not just pull the holes closed and hope they sit right! Hoping someone can assist!
