Meta ad account disabled

Meta disabled my ad account calling it fake and rejected the appeal too.
The ad account had funds as well and meta is not refunding that. This looks so illegal to me.
Can anyone help? How do I at least get the funds back?
Or how do I connect with the support? A human?

Got a job offer but there’s a catch

Hi everyone!
I’ve just got the offer letter I’ve been wanting for the longest time- pay, hours, work- everything exactly how I wanted. I’ve been in touch with this company for a couple of months.
But here’s the catch- the company and the founder have a bad name. The founder is a known scammer with multiple allegations and cases on him. There are many red flags.
And yeah- ideally I should stay away from the fraud company but does it matter if I’m just an employee?
I don’t know, I could kinda use the money too right now. I’m not sure. I don’t want to end up in a complicated messed up situation especially legal stuff.
What should I do? The role is Founder’s Office and requires me to closely work with the said scammer.

Tips for real estate lead generation

Hi guys!
I desperately need help with getting good quality leads for real estate market. For context since real estate is a broad industry- I do lead generation for new upcoming projects in India.
Lately, the quality of leads has been horrible. For meta, I’ve even compared with other people who are getting good leads for the same project with the same set up yet my campaign is failing. I suspect it’s something to do with the account itself so it might work once I switch.
But even for Google, the quality has been average not good. I’m willing to pay for courses, more training if required but so far nobody is teaching anything new.
What do I do? Please help me out so I don’t lose my job. I also want to learn how to use Claude or other AI models for lead generation particularly for my job. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I’m located in India fyi.

Guests arriving late

Hi everyone,
This is my first time posting here. I’ve been a host for about 7-8 months now, got my superhost status this time.
Im just ranting- I’m so exhausted of waiting for guests to arrive, to give you context- I’m pretty flexible in terms of arrival and checkout both but since it’s not a self check-in I do require them to let me know their check-in timings so I’m prepared.
I reach out to guests a day prior usually.
Today, I have a guest check-in (who’s coming for a long term stay) they messaged me yesterday that they would be arriving around 12 PM.
I called them about half an hour post 12 to get an update and they informed me they’re at the airport and are about to leave from there, which meant about an hour or maximum two to reach.
It is 4 PM now. They are still not here. No update, no apology, nothing.
I get it plans change but at this point it just feels disrespectful of my time- just a small message telling me an accurate approximate time would have been great. I am not repeatedly calling them because it is a long term stay and I want things to begin (and end) on a good note.
Any suggestions or comments?
