i haven’t eaten a meal in a few weeks now because when i eat, my ENTIRE body hurts and i get a migraine. i dont know what to fucking do. i tried eating today because my bf suggested it and i licked a drop of apple sauce and was on the floor for an hour in pain. i dont know whats going on but between eating and not eating, both of them have been causing unbearable pain. someone, PLEASE help me. every doctor i meet acts fucking stupid and tells me its just period cramps even when they KNOW im not on my period. i literally havent been able to eat ANYTHING. american healthcare is so useless. someone please help me bro because i cant do this. its so painful

i tried to apply for testosterone and blew $200+ out of pocket just for them to tell me they dont know how testosterone works for people with sickle cell. is there genuinely no ftm out there that transitioned with sickle cell or am i being bullshitted?
