27F, want to move into a 1BHK or 2BHK in Indiranagar / Domlur / EGL (not asking for vacant flat listings)

Hi, I want to move into a 1BHK or 2BHK near or in Indiranagar. Domlur or EGL is also fine. The problem is, the brokers are constantly misguiding me despite me repeatedly telling my requirements.

My requirements are pretty straightforward: apartment type of flat (not owner's own house, cause I want to avoid owner interference), light and ventilation, strictly Indiranagar/Domlur/EGL, and NOT "Kodihalli" being labelled "Indiranagar".

Yet, almost EVERY broker is asking me to "visit" their apartments and when I finally reach... they would still take me to another flat which is literally a mile away!!! That too, a flat which does not have any ventilation. Windows are blocked by the adjacent building. Super-tiny rooms. Depressingly painted walls. And the range is always 30k-45k.

Currently, I live in Whitefield and my 1BHK (24k/month) is bigger than the 2BHKs these brokers showed in Indiranagar or New Thippasandra. That too overlooking extremely dirty areas.

I'm really wondering, are you all super rich? Else, how are you getting apartments in Indiranagar or Domlur? I can't seem to find a single one that's good, even with 35k-40k budget.

Any help would be appreciated! I mentioned my gender too as safety is a concern.

If you have apartment names and contacts too (only and strictly for rent questions), please let me know over DM. Thank you!

How many of you actually live in your own (not shared) flat (in an apartment)? (not a rental query)

I've been looking for 1BHKs and 2BHKs in Domlur and Indiranagar. But, I'm looking for "apartments" only, not owner houses. All I find: owner-houses (and therefore, possibility of owner interference), terrible apartments with laughable design / terrible ventilation. The balcony or the windows are completely blocked by other buildings. All the good ones are 3BHKs. 2BHKs are there too, but the good ones are SUPER expensive. My budget is 35k-45k.

So, do you live somewhere else (like I do) and come to Indiranagar in the weekends to enjoy the vibe? Or, do you live here? If so, do you live in some super expensive 1bhk/2bhk alone? Or, are you sharing with flatmates?

Also, I am not happy about my budget. It's out of compulsion, unfortunately.
