A couple of days ago, I was driving around Tweed Heads. I was in the town centre, where the speed limit was 50km/h. The car behind me kept flashing its high beams. The street was narrow, so it was impossible for me to pull over and let them pass. I also had to stick to the speed limit.

As soon as they had a chance to overtake me, the driver rolled down the window and started yelling at me.

Dear Australians, was I doing something wrong? Please be honest. I was really shocked that they got so angry. If I made a mistake, I’d genuinely like to know so I can learn.

Just wondering if there are any remote workers or fellow creatives around here.

I’m a graphic designer working remotely, and I spend most of my days working from home. It’d be nice to meet some like-minded people to work from a library and then, grab a coffee, and chat about remote work, creative projects, freelancing, careers, or whatever comes up.

Who knows, maybe we’ll learn something from each other, spark a new idea, or even stumble across new opportunities.

Just walking in the Brisbane CBD, I rarely see skateboarders cruising on the street/pavement/pedestrian. It's different from Melbourne and Auckland, where every time I walk, I hear the sound of skateboard.
Is this illegal skating in the city?
