I'm looking to hire a Graphic Designer for my company Trifta. This is a remote role from anywhere in India. Bangalore is a preferred location but any place works. This is a part time, 3 days a week role.

Trifta is India's new peer-to-peer fashion marketplace, launching in the second half of 2026. We connect buyers and sellers of fashion that's pre-loved, brand new, or anything in between, including vintage, streetwear, secondhand, one-of-one. We're building more than a marketplace. We're building a culture rooted in India's fashion, music, and internet world. We're early and founder-led, building something from zero.

The Role

Looking for a Graphic Designer to bring Trifta's brand to life visually. You'll work closely with our creative strategist and founder, designing the visual layer of Trifta across social, marketing, and brand assets.

Our visual direction
We want Trifta to be bold, type-led, and clean. We keep it minimal and confident- one strong idea per piece, not cluttered collages. Everything should feel human and culture-driven. If you're into streetwear, thrift, and internet aesthetics, you'll get where we're headed.

What you'll do

• Design social content such as posts, carousels, stories, campaign graphics
• Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand visuals
• Help evolve and apply Trifta's visual identity as we grow
• Keep our look consistent and distinctive

You might be a fit if you

• Have a strong portfolio with a clear eye for type, layout, and contemporary design
• Get fashion, streetwear, and internet visual culture, especially in India
• Can work fast and self-directed from a brief
• Design human, real, and intentional work. not AI-generated or templated
• Are comfortable in a pre-launch startup: flexible, iterative, hands-on
• Bonus: can do motion/animation

Compensation:
The pay for this role is ₹20k/month. The final pay is subject to change based on work experience and terms & conditions agreed by the company & employee.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to shape the culture around Trifta. Not just our content, but the world we build around it. You'll own the ideas and direction; our designer brings them to life. Your job is the thinking: the concepts, the hooks, the campaigns, the references and a deep, instinctive read on where India's fashion and internet culture are going next. This is a collaborative role, not a siloed one. You'll work closely with the founder and just as much as you'll bring our vision to life, we want to learn from you. What you'll do

• Shape the culture and community around Trifta, such as the voice, the references, the world
• Own content strategy across social - what we post, why, and when
• Pitch a steady flow of concepts: posts, campaigns, Reel and video ideas, series, collabs
• Tap into India's fashion, music, and internet culture. Trends, sounds, creators, subcultures, and turn that instinct into content.
• Write clear creative briefs that the designer can run with
• Help define Trifta's voice as we grow

• Think in ideas and can articulate them sharply in words, references, sound, and mood

Hi Everyone! I'm building a peer-to-peer marketplace app for fashion. The app is specific to India. It can be pre-owned, new or anything - clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. The estimated time of launch is end August - mid-september. I'm currently looking to onboard the first 50 founding sellers who can sell with 0 platform fees for the first 2 months after launch. Anyone is free to be a seller on this app. You are in complete control of your store, you can decide whether you accept refunds, returns, discount offers, if you're away for a while you can close your shop - fully customizable. As long as you have at least 10 items to list by the time of launch. Please send me a message or reply under this post if you're interested in becoming a founding seller. You can either be a first time seller or a fully established seller as well - we wouldn't be a replacement to your existing shop, only an addition. You'll get extra eyes on your shop.
