Man this is embarrassing but I'm supposed to take this medication for weeks to see if it helps, and day one I already have sexual side effects

I can't get hard and my orgasm is completely abnormal

Do these side effects go away over time or am I fucked?

I've been dealing with a shortage for years so I can't even get stimulants

I'm just getting legendaries every time I do a Mythic mission

Has anyone tested if Legendary missions give the same rewards?
