Was just soloing MC for some transmog and maybe get Eye drop from Ragnaros. Got Garr Binding and said "it would be fun to get Garr and Barron binding in same run" and it dropped. Pure random out of nowhere luck.
3% Drop rate according to whatever addon im using.
(Using LAN)Changed to new provider that gives me 900/900 Mbits/s. Using Speedtest it shows that im getting 900/900 Mbits/s(Over 100 MB/s) speed. But when i try to download something the speed is only around 33-35 MB/s(264-280 MBits/s). HOWEVER on my brothers PC the download speed is over 100 MB/s as it supposed to be. Even when I use his Ethernet cable, im still getting 33-35 MB/s download speed instead of full 900 Mbits/s.
Most common answer was to change "Speed and Duplex" in Device Manager-Network connection to 1Gbit/s, for me the only options were 10/100 Mbits/s and 2.5 Gbits/s, no 1Gbits/s option. Which i did update and still no change. The name of my ethernet cable is - "Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller #2"
I updated my MotherBoard LAN and Wifi drivers, used Troubleshoot mechanic to no change. Its still around 33-35 MB/s speed instead of >100MB/s
Im pretty sure the speed is limited somehow but i cant find a solution for this. My borther is on the same internet and he gets the full speed, but me for some reason - no. Any help is appreciated
