First trilogy ends in Hell with Anakin Skywalker turning to the dark side, while the last trilogy ends in water with "the last" Skywalker turning to the light.

The Sequel movies helped me when I was a teenager and went through bullying

I had a pretty terrible time in High School in 2019 when I had to change schools. I got bullied by a lot of students including a few teachers who helped them by either pretending not to see it or by treating me differently from others. But as terrible of a time as it was, I got to enjoy the new trilogy and the hype for Episode IX. I dove deep into the Star Wars mythology and followed all the leaks leading up the movie. I would spend hours doing that. Thankfully, that time has passed, but my appreciation for these movies has not.

From everything that's being shown in the new trailer and promotional material, this season is what I always wanted from the show.

I really enjoyed the first season, I thought the first two and last three episodes were very good, but it was a bit too slow and it took a while to get the story going.

Season II was great, well written and incredibly well acted, but still some of the storylines and the tone deviated from what I thought should be the main focus of the show, the Rings of Power.

Season III looks like it's going to be a delight in terms of story and tone! From what has been shown to us, the story seems more focused and the tone is a lot darker, which is everything I wanted it to be. From the cinematography to the costume design (which looks very gothic), everything fits the serious tone this tale needs, with the war being front and center. If the actual show follows through with this, we're in for a treat.

I am ready to see the forging scene. It is the culmination of all of Sauron's schemes. From the looks of it, they nailed the cinematography.

Freddie Prinze Jr. explains the ENTIRE Star Wars franchise in 3 minutes:

A lot of haters don't understand the movies yet they try to talk about how little sense the story makes.

When people today try to bash the Sequels by elevating the Prequels but you were there when they were also considered the worst movies in the world:

Nostalgic reappraisal detected.

What do you think Sauron will look like once his body gets destroyed? This is concept art for The Hobbit movies. I think something like this would be cool to see.

The One Ring, Isildur's Bane

"It has come to me: The One Ring. It shall be an heirloom of my kingdom. All those who follow in my bloodline shall be bound to its fate, for I will risk no hurt to the Ring. It is precious to me, though I buy it with great pain. The markings upon the band begin to fade. The writing, which at first was as clear as red flame, has all but disappeared, a secret now that only fire can tell."
