This started when my father's friend asked me to help him automate his insurance renewals business as I built tech products.

What surprised me was how many insurance agents still heavily rely on excel, whatsApp and pdf's which even they themselves cant find

I hv been watching people around me frustating over builders in Chandigarh and Punjab region over failed and delayed projects. My personal experience in ludhiana with Umbera has been disheartening. Took over to RERA website to complaint and file a case but RERA websites are NIGHTMARE.

As a developer, thought of launching an authentic info, reviews and discussions website for real estate projects. As a test, I scrape the entire Punjab RERA database (~1,930 projects) and built RERATrack I’ve attached some screenshots of what it looks like), but basically, you search for a project or builder and it instantly shows:

• 🚦 A Traffic Light System: Is the project safe (Green), delayed (Yellow), or stuck in litigation (Red)?
• 📅 The Real Dates: It pulls the legally binding completion date, not the fake marketing date the broker tells you.
• ⭐ Report Delays, meet with fellow project owners: Discussion page to discuss current project status.
• ⚖️ Hidden Court Cases: Exactly how many active litigations the builder is currently fighting.
• 📄 Direct Links: One-click access to the approved layout plans and actual builder-buyer agreements.
