My Champagne Sabre 11.3 5.56 I built. Specs are, Sabre Champagne Receiver set, 11.3 Wilson combat barrel, PSA bolt, Rave 140, Atrius super safety, Superlative AGB, G$ URGI 10.5” Rail, OCL polonium K, Super 42 spring and H2 buffer, Hogue Grip, BCM foregrip, b5 stock, Feer cheek riser, Eotech exps 2-0 and Eotech G43 Magnifer on unity mounts, Streamlight flash light with a unity axon button. SKRP sling. This was my first piece by piece AR build, and I think it turned out awesome. Ft my mixtape in the back, and I few pictures of the current MK

So I watched the video and was just curious about this. I had got a Sabre lower and have a 11.3” barrel for it. I was going to put a brace on it and blah blah blah. But with everything that has came about today Does this mean all I’ve gotta do is get a GOA membership and then I can throw a stock on it and it be good? I wasn’t sure since it was considered a rifle receiver set and I would be putting a pistol length barrel on it. Picture of my mixtape for attention. I know it’s good to go just gotta get my membership. Also I live in WV so I’m free from all communist bullshit.

Pretty happy with how it’s turned out so far, just waiting on my flashlight to come in then it’ll officially be my truck gun. The build so far is PSA mixtape, OCL polonium .30, Eotech exps2-0, unity fast riser, dfco full stop, slate black industries rail covers, Ambi Atrius super safety, Rave 140 trigger, Maxim cqb h3 buffer and spring, running 20 round .300blk p-mags shooting 220g subs from Hsl ammo. Also has a skrp sling that I’m fighting with to find exactly how I’d like to rig it up. I’m right handed but shoot left handed so it’s a bit awkward for me with a sling.

Finally found somewhere that had the DDC mk16/Urgi rail in stock in 10.5 and ordered it Thursday and a barrel nut wrench. I’m just now realizing it doesn’t say anywhere on the page if it comes with an actual barrel nut or not. Im assuming it does, but the fact that you have to buy a barrel nut wrench separately kinda makes me wonder. This will be my first geissele rail so I’m clueless. Any info on this would help ease my mind a little. Thanks!

Wanting to see what everyone’s got for mixtape setups so I can convince myself to blow my bonus check on one instead of a can, magnifier and other attachments for my champagne sabre 5.56 build I just completed last week. Cant decide what to do, help me make my next financial mistake

What are the odds palmetto can get me a champagne touch up pen for my Sabre receiver set. Might’ve messed it up a little bit when I was putting the roll pin in for my bolt catch 😬 I put tape on it once I realized what I was doing, but needless to say it was a little too late. First time doing it, I still think I did good lmao

Just picked it up. Needless to say I’m ecstatic. Looks so much better in person. Not sure why it looks white on the website. Also appears to be a low shelf as well for anyone that was curious. Now just to wait on my optics planet order to come in next week and I’ll be throwing it together!

Does anyone know if these barrels are a true 10.5”? The psa 10.5 and By true I mean are they 10.5” excluding the barrel extension. Also was looking at the ballistic advantage 10.5 on palmettos website.

I’ve Got a Sabre receiver set waiting on me to pick up this weekend. I ordered a 10” stngr hand guard to go with it, and I ordered a 10.5” barrel from Daytona tactical. Barrel came in today, it was the first of all of my stuff to show up and it’s not a true 10.5.” It’s 10” excluding the barrel extension. 11” and some change with the barrel extension. No idea where they got those measurements from on the Daytona barrel. It’s not 10.5” at all no matter how you measure it 🤣. I know this barrel will likely be too short with my hand guard for my surefire warden to work on it. Also wondering, if all barrels are measured the way my Daytona is measured, should I just get a 11.5 to achieve .5”-1.00” sticking out past the hand guard? Or does anyone think I’ll be good with my current 10.5” barrel and the 10” hand guard that’s on the way? Any input on this will be appreciated, this is my first complete AR build so I’m still learning a lot.

Can I see everyone’s Champagne Sabre builds? Just ordered my receiver. Cant decide if I’m going to do a burnt bronze or Green hand guard, when they come in. Probably going to do a 9.75 hand guard with a 10.3 or 10.5 barrel in 5.56. Also wanting to throw a can on it down the road. Anyone got any suggestions? This will be my first time building a AR from the ground up so any tips or tricks would be appreciated.
