I have a problem with my HP Omen 16 Ultra 7 255h with RTX 5060. I've only had the laptop for two months, but for the last month and a half I've only been using it very infrequently (I'm not always home). Every time I use it, I see the battery level drop to 70%, and when I turn it on after several days, it's at 40%. I've tried many things: disabling Smart Shutdown, disabling the USB function in the BIOS (it's funny, but I have it in discreet mode because I haven't used the RTX in the last two months), and no startup programs. In short, I've removed or disabled many functions, and it still has this problem. I've attached a screenshot of the battery report. I'm desperate. Is this normal?
