So I recently started playing new style, boutique the 3DS version and every time I reach a certain point in my game it always shuts off my whole console and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it because I don’t wanna lose any of my progress in the game because I’ve been playing for a few weeks already

I was following all the specific instructions and I have no idea what happened but my new 3ds ll screen suddenly froze while I was trying to download mset 9 pls help im so lost and I rly want this to work
