I GOT MY BLUE ROSE TODAY!!!!!

I was using an older picture (image 3), but I preferred the helpful graphics on yue's acnh guides. I went searching for it online, couldn't find one, so I made one (image 2)! I hope others can find it helpful. I prefer the V1 method over the V2 method.

This picture makes it look like the Levee is painted white, but I cannot figure out how to paint it.
Does this game not let us paint the beautiful Levee blocks?! Please tell me there is a way!

First picture: This is not Seashell Soil, when I break it, it’s Beach Sand.
Second picture: Beach Sand on the left, Seashell Soil on the right.
When I break the Beach Sand with the pebbles on it, pick it up, place it back down, the little pebbles are not there.
Have we found a way to make Beach Sand with the pebbles?

ETA: @Ryno-Mac suggested Magnetite to pick it up, that did work. When in that form, it picks up “bumpy beach sand” and it can placed with the pebbles!
