help for anxiety
man i have just moved out for uni and i feel so anxious to the point i am so nauseous that i can’t eat anything and also even if i am on a full stomach i still feel like ima faint idk what to do how to get better i wanted to move out cz it was a toxic environment at home. can somebody help i don’t have a therapist nor can i afford one.
