I had recently called up to a fast food place to ask were they hiring for the crew member position. The woman on the other line told me to come in early in the morning before 10. Im confused

So June 7th I had went to an interview for little Cesar’s, it seemed as if it went well and the hiring manager said he would Text me in a week and if he didn’t I’d need to call him. So the week had passed yesterday and I called up to the store this morning. He said “Your application is still under review.” Does anyone know if this is bad? Considering someone I know got hired immediately after that first week.
