Effects of doing gym at irregular time.

I work in technical support with rotational shifts, so my schedule is all over the place. I try to exercise daily but usually manage 3-4 times a week, meaning some days I hit the gym in the morning and other days in the evening. I have notices my energy level is very low sometimes, sometimes my body is completely sore. For those with unpredictable schedules, do you find it necessary to go at the exact same time daily, and does the same timing apply to your protein supplements?

How do I get to know if my body is recovered from yesterday's workout?

(25F, 50kg) day before yesterday I had a back day and I did back exercises but today also I'm having pain in my back, as it should've been recovered till yesterday but it's not yet so I need to know- should I do exercise. But it's not about today only, I'm searching for an option with which I can decide what to do today and what happened with my body after yesterday's exercise.

How's my new cat guys??

Today I made this after seeing somewhere on the internet. It's not as cute as the inspo, but I'm happy with it cause it's made with my own hands. How would you rate this?

Finished making this Flamingo on my shirt today!

As I was not in a mood to work today so I started making something amazing on my shirt. Whenever I try to make it perfect and decide that I'll not make mistakes, I mess up in that exact moment. In this I wanted to create small flamingos but understood it later, I have created a big one. My goal is to make 5 more flamingos like this on it. Let's see how it goes.

Today I regret being nice to someone who wasn't worthy at all!

We went to movie in city centre mall this morning, we had make a plan with our group of 4 and our not so good type friend invited himself along. I didn't really want him there, but we were nice and included him and booked five tickets earlier.

My roommate actually wanted to come, but I had to tell her no because we couldn't just ditch this guy at the last minute. Then, he shows up and fights with us because one of our friends was going to be late, even though she was still going to reach by 20 mins earlier. He ended up showing tantrums and walked out, completely wasting the ticket.

I seriously regret not dumping him earlier and bringing my roommate instead.

Transfer me to someone else!

Those were early days of my job. It was my first job after college pass out and my role was a Technical Support Engineer. Whenever customer calls us and if I'm on call their 1st sentence were used to be "I don't understand your English" or "I don't get your accent". Even if I try to speak more clear or loud voice they used to repeat only one sentence- "Transfer me to someone else, I don't understand what you are saying". Then the moment I say " Ok I'm transferring this call to another agent", suddenly the customer's reply " Thank you, I appreciate you." I'm like- How did he understand that sentence?
