Micellar Water - your favourites?

I've recently started using micellar water as a first cleanse at night to remove sunscreen etc. I've been using Bioderma in the pink bottle and of course it's great, especially for my sensitive eyes. I was just going to buy it again but notice the Garnier range is so much cheaper, especially when on sale.

Just wondering what the Garnier one is like? Is it comparable to Bioderma at all, particularly for sensitive eyes? Or any other budget options worth looking at?

I don't wear make-up as such, so just using it to remove sunscreen which is sometimes a tinted mineral.

I'm a guy iny 40's and every sunscreen I use leaves me looking quite shiny due to my skin type. Even sunscreens aimed at giving a matte finish. I see some guys on social media (all American) that say to use a powder to dull the shine and give a 'perfecting' finish.

I'm wondering what powders are available in Australia that will do this and the ones that are the most invisible? Also, what type of brush is best use to apply something like this?

I'm hoping to get something from Chemist Warehouse/Priceline or even W Cosmetics/Lila Beauty.

Thanks in advance!
