Sinking/squeezing feel when about to fall asleep

Hello I’ve been dealing with this for a while now. It’s like an electrical shock with a deep sinking squeeze feel in my chest when I’m just about to completely fall asleep and it wakes me up abruptly.

It usually only happens once a night and I drift back off nicely. Last night was unusual because when I woke up I heard my self making a noise like I was getting jumpscared when I literally wasn’t.

Idk if it’s anxiety or something worse. I suffer from cardiophobia and always worry it’s a heart thing or sleep apnea but I’m 155 lbs 21M. My Apple Watch never detects sleep apnea.

Trying to understand heart rate for better comfort.

I want to understand what’s good or bad about heart rates

I am a 21M 5’10 155 lbs. I live a 70% sedentary lifestyle atm. I only did an echocardiogram and stress test & holter for 3 days which my cardiologist said all looked great

My heart rate makes me think otherwise

So for instance, if I’m walking it’ll be between 110-130 depending on how hot I am. If I’m holding something with a little heft it’ll shoot to 150 bpm

If I run it’ll go to 200 bpm after a minute or 2

Speed walking it’s 160 ish

If I eat after it’s always high and walking will make it skyrocket.

Sitting down when hot it’s 80-90s

If I’m cool and laying down it’ll be low 60s and sometimes drop below 60. When sleeping in a good environment my Apple Watch says my heartbeat is between 53-80 most days.

I’m worried my heart is weak or something because under little effort it’ll shoot up high. What is a good heart rate for said situations??

This is new.

I woke up from a semi nightmare,

Woke up in a panic of course but my heart wasn’t beating that fast or anything, but every heartbeat hurt. Only ok the beats which now worried. The pain is gone now but for about 30 seconds on every beat it would hurt. It felt like my heart was hurting..

PVC Thump followed with a split second quiver.

My pvcs are always really big thumps.

These thumps are scary because afterwards I feel like my heart quivers after for a brief moment, like lasting a second.

Idk why it spasms after the thump or maybe it isn’t and I’m feeling something else..

Anyone else feel this after too?

Ticking noise from 3.5 Eco

3.5 EcoBoost tick at idle, it’s very quiet but still noticeable, truck has 74,000 miles. Not too concerned but still curious on what it could be

Truck runs great other than this tick at idle. No cam phaser rattles whatsoever ever since ownership.

(2nd gen 3.5 EcoBoost)

I think I know what started my pacs.

As far back as I can remember, I started getting PACs in 2021. Not much, but occasionally I would feel one or 2 a week. Very little, as the years went on, this number had increased. I would feel a little more until now, in 2026, I’ll be fine for a short while but have episodes of PACs daily.

Why 2021 matters:

*it started during the peak of COVID

*I have had Covid 5 times over the past 5 years

*In 2021 I got 2 vaccine doses

*Before COVID I never remembered experiencing any PACs. I was 15 when COVID was around if age matters.

*apparently COVID & the vaccines have negative effects on the heart
——————————————————————————————

I did an echocardiogram which showed a structurally normal heart

But now I’m worried my heart is severely scarred from Covid and the shots and I need to get an mri done. Should I?

If whatever twd survivors have is a “virus” shouldn’t it eventually die out due to time?

If someone from 2010 was still alive all this time later and dies, how is the virus in that persons body still “alive” shouldn’t it had been killed long ago by the immune system or just by age alone that if that person passed away, the wouldn’t reanimate? Also how did every human on earth contract it?
