The Phoenix material grind needs some serious tuning.

Dreva server, I’ve been stuck at level 80/85 fire magic for nearly 2 months now due to lack of phoenix materials (beaks, feathers, eggs).

The only time people are in fae is for the daily quest which usually takes 10-15 minutes, then they bounce. Lucky to get 1 or 2 pieces during the daily and phoenix is maybe twice per week.

I’ve seen a handful of feathers for sale on the marketplace after checking every day for weeks.

I can finally solo them but it takes time as I’m a FIRE magic user. Recently I’ve farmed 100+ and the drop rate seems to be less than 5% for feathers.

I’m all about the grind but this is driving me kind of nuts. Not being able to barter and not being able to trade/buy them has made it a major wall. I can’t see many people pushing past it tbh.

I heard you can gamble for them? I’d like at least a consistent barter method.

Last day in the Cottonwoods, skied every day for 165 total.

Currently skiing day 165 in a row - 144 in a row at solitude (see pic of 100 days club belt I got on March 6) then back and forth between Brighton and Snowbird. Had 157 via Ikon pass with an additional 8 days at Brighton with their melt down Spring pass.

100 days 2 seasons ago, 169 days last season but missed quite a few so decided to aim for every day. Been a fun season and kind of funny it was one of the worst snowfall totals on record.

42M, married, trophy husband (edit: I work Monday - Friday but have a very flexible schedule because my wife does well).

10 skis including dps kaizen, black crow freebird and mirus cor, 3 pairs of Stockli, simply recreation, Volkl kendo, Dynastar m free 100 and k2 fours.

Snowboard as well on a custom Lunar, Capita Super DOA and Capita Mega Death.

Find a job where your mornings are flexible and you can do the same.

Hopefully next season is longer - I tried to start November 7 but season got delayed and was too lazy to go to Brianhead on the 22nd or whenever they opened, so started Thanksgiving day at Solitude.

Had to give these skis and the brand some love since I’ve had the most fun ever on these this season. They’ve only been around a few seasons and I have yet to see anyone with them in over 300 days skied (on all my skis).

I have 10 pairs of skis including 3 Stockli, dps, 2 black crows, k2, Volkl, Dynastar, and these and would choose these every time. Extremely playful, insanely light weight, hold an edge, and stable at high speeds. I can use them in any condition. Oh, and imo, they look sick.

Closest ski to them I have is the Mirus Cor, but I like these a lot more as they feel much more in control.

Try them if you can or just buy if you like a playful free ride type ski.

I’m 5’11” and use the 180CM version with Salomon Strive 14’s.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to claim back pain secondary to sleep apnea and if so has anyone had success?

I’m getting a cpap soon and planning to file for sleep apnea (just did the study).

Once approved, I plan to file for lower back pain. My first attempt was denied due to lack of service connection.

Thanks
