So just a light hearted post. I visited the physio for the first time, it went really well. But does anyone else absolutely hate the term nerve flossing. The thought that you're running your nerves through your bones like you're flossing? I dunno it just grosses me out! Helped though.

I love doing crafts, sewing, diy. Have cats and chickens and into gardening.I'm currently a student, studying history and english via distance. I live in a small town. I have really bad siatica which has taken away my ability to drive, leaving me homebound. That, plus not working, plus living in a very small community has made life quite lonely.
Has anyone been through this? I've seen lots of posts of people using donors from clinics but not si much people asking friends. I live in a country where men can't get paid to donate so the waiting lists for sperm at a clinic are like three years or more, and it's expensive so going to try an at home thing first.
I'm not emotionally attached to the outcome of asking this friend, but boy does it feel like a crazy big thing to ask for.
Just wondering if anyone has any stories, good or bad, of asking someone they knew.
