Safety Lesson:
Performing around moving heavy machinery leaves extremely little margin for error. Once an operator loses physical control of a moving vehicle, an unexpected loss of footing or inability to regain control can quickly become fatal. This incident highlights the importance of maintaining positive control of machinery at all times, keeping people outside its potential travel path, and ensuring high-risk demonstrations are conducted under appropriate safety controls, supervision, and exclusion zones.
