The jump was executed as planned, and Tausif initially survived the harrowing fall. But on hitting the water, he lost control and struggled to stay afloat. Despite the desperate efforts of his friends, who watched in horror from the shore, he could not be rescued in time. The teenager’s struggle against the water was brief and frantic, ending in his drowning.

The report also mentions Tausif’s friends were utterly unprepared for such an outcome. The impromptu nature of the stunt meant there were no safety measures or professional assistance available; only a group of teenagers with smartphones, eager to capture a moment of daring on camera.

The death toll in the Bullet motorcycle fuel tank explosion at Bibi Bazaar in Moghalpura on May 3 reached four, with one more person succumbing to injuries on Tuesday.

Abdul Raheem, the owner of the Bullet motorcycle who suffered severe burns, lost his life after battling his injuries for 25 days. Three other persons who were trying to put out the flames had died due to injuries in the incident previously.

Nine people in total were injured when the Bullet motorcycle caught fire and it’s fuel tank exploded within minutes. Two police constables were also amongst the injured. The incident transpired when Raheem and a female relative were riding on the Bullet motorcycle when it caught fire. In a video that was recorded of the incident, the policemen can be seen along with others, one of whom was trying to put out the fire with water from a pipe. Then suddenly, the Bullet bike explodes and a massive fire engulfs the space.

To stay safe around a vehicle fire, the only thing bystanders should do is back away immediately and keep a safe distance of at least 50 to 100 feet. Never try to open the gas tank, tamper with the parts, or throw water on it, since water can just splatter the burning fuel and make the fire spread faster. The smartest move is to clear the area, keep people away, and wait for firefighters who have the right safety gear and foam to put out fuel fires safely without causing a deadly blast.
