Starting latuda at 80mg?

I was hospitalized in the ER with a severe depressive episode(history of bipolar 1, BPD, and OCD), the physician prescribed 80mg at night as the starting dose (I heard starting dose is 20 or 40mg)but the first day they prescribed it into split doses 40 am/pm now that I'm on 80mg at night I'm feeling much more energy in the morning but tired in the evening which is sorta helpful? But I'm having a few other side effects, I have a weird pit in my stomach I can never seem to fill like even if I eat it never goes away and morning nausea, I also take latuda with a combo of lamictal and lithium

A few different questions about vraylar and my experience

Starting to titrate off lithium been on it over 8 years and the effectiveness seems to be less and less over the years yet I'm very new to lamictal I've been at 50mg for a few weeks and vraylar for a few months at 1.5mg but I'm incredibly tired all the time until around 5:00 I can't seem to go to bed I'm switching to the morning today to see if it would help, I also feel so fatigued that I'm walking around like an emotionless zombie, I have a lot of anhedonia with this combination of meds as well and general depression compared to my normal "baseline" of mania with bipolar , anyone have better experience taking 1.5mg in the morning? Do these side effects ever go away??

Switching from vraylar to lamictal

Diagnosed BP1 and BPD, I've been on vraylar for over 3 months now and felt extreme dullness and anhedonia to the point of it changing my personality and overall ability to function in society, my first question is how fast did you see a difference taking 25mg of lamictal and second what should I expect first week of taking it??

What was your Vraylar experience on 3mg?

I started taking 1.5mg vraylar for about 2 months before switching to 3mg every night and have been taking 3mg for a week. Did anyone feel sorta depressed when upping your dose, crying spells, rumination at times, suicidal thinking that quickly goes away? For context, I'm diagnosed bipolar 1, OCD, ADHD, anxiety/paranoia comes and goes for me since being on vraylar yet I feel much more mental clarity. On the other hand my personality has completely shifted.

How did you feel at 2 weeks on 42mg

Two weeks in on 42mg I've had increased passive SI, intense mood swings and increased agitation but my sleep has gotten better and so has my appetite (went from eating everything on latuda to normal again) my anxiety is being treated with lithium (and Ativan for now) depression is very much still up and down everyday, I get intense lows and normal highs, has anyone else leveled out by now, should I stick with it, and what's your experience at 2 weeks on 42mg?
