Voiceover issues

the first few seconds are extremely loud and distorted every single time. Anyone else?

I've been an affiliate in the creator rewards program for 3 years. Every quarter I get an email offering bonuses or FLAT FEES that you qualify for when you hit certain goals. This is the first month/quarter in 3 years that I was not sent some type of offer to accept. Anyone else?
