Who made the switch and now is considering new coolers?

I ran a DeepCool AK400 ZERO DARK on a 5800x.

Undervolted and beautifully cool.

New x3d is a toasty boy. Heat spikes are taking a while to get used to.

Cooler is keeping pace. Prime 95 max heat test is too much but cinebench stabilises at 80c.

Still a bit warm.

Is peerless assassin still the darling?

Receipt history through scan and go app - GDPR

Anyone tried getting a download of past reciepts from Asda?

We all know they harvest and use (possibly sell) our pruchssing behaviour yet I cant access it. It's hot and I'm grumpy so I'm getting revved up to go all GDPR on this.

I'm of an analytical mindset and it would be very interesting to see the price changes in my most bought items.

But really I just want to return a pair of trousers.

This could spiral if others got wind of this and all asked for their data stored by Asda.

I emailed customer services at 14.02 if you're reading.

Or I'm just using the app wrong 😂 but there is no obvious option in either my scan and go app or if I sign into the website.

I have a target product - and I'm patient

So I was a plasma guy. Then I made the jump a long time ago to a Sony braviA FALD.

Kd 55Xf9005.

It's still going, lovely panel for the heavy discount I got it for. (After years the bloom is getting more and more distracting)

Dolby vision is a thing I appreciate.

The OS and software is just so weak but that has never been an issue asI run a Nvida box so I only use the TV interface for image settings.

Sound is AV amp.

Of course Ive talked to a.i but I thought Id ask the hive mind.

The Bravia 8 ii.

3 times as much as I paid for what was a peak mid range TV.

Is that a worthy successor ? I'm in no hurry but I feel it captures all the meaningful developments over the past 7 or 8 years. My aim is to grab one when the next big thing comes out at a discount. But also if my TV dies out of nowhere then I want my replacement option ready in my mind.

As a FALD guy and aware of OLED short comings, mini LED is on my radar as a more robust long lasting tech which muddies the water and raises the cost.
