Bars, shakes

Anyone recommend any decent bars, shakes i can purchase that is dairy free? Everything i ever find has Whole milk in which just messes with me.

I use Huel black edition which I can drink due to not being dairy but mainly looking for inbetween bars i could take to get more protein in.

Hi there,

I had my molar taken out a few months ago after it being cracked and needing taking out. When they removed it I noticed the tooth behind it had discolouration on it. Is this anything to worry about now? Doesn't give me any issues just wondering. As you can see it looks like a hole type thing in the centre but when I run my tounge along it, it seems flush.
