Renting out a 1BHK in Malad (525sqft Carpet)

Renting out a 525 sqft 1BHK in Malad - Expected rent 50k (open to negotiation if this is unreasonable - new to this market).

Please DM for more details. I can send photos. Families preferred - female bachelors might be okay (I'd be okay with male bachelors too, however the society isn't, and getting into an argument with them about the same is too much of a hassle).

Need Help With Legion

Hi Everyone,

Bought a legion 5 back in Dec 2024 - it stopped working 1 year 3 days into its lifetime. As such, warranty didn't apply (stopped working 3 days after the last date of coverage)

Went to a lenovo service center, had some back and forth - long story short - the motherboard needs replacing. They said it would cost $1000 or so (Ridiculous price if you ask me). It didn't really matter though, cause they didn't even have the part where I live and it's been months since (I live in India).

I thought I would have to discard the laptop to the scrap pile, but I took a chance with a local repairman who knows his stuff. He got the laptop working again (replaced a few ICs that were damaged), but he said one of the main issues is that the NVIDIA GPU is fried.
So for now, it's working on intel only - which is fine Ig, I can still use it as a development machine/for music production.

The main problem though is that the fans run at 100% all the time - something that is making the machine unusable for my use case (music production) - entering quiet mode usually solves the problem, but I'd like to know how to just disable the dGPU if that's an option - lenovo seems to have removed the iGPU ONLY option from vantage as well as the BIOS - only dymanic or discrete graphics only options show up.

Does anyone have any solutions?

PS: I'm worried about temps so I've been constantly checking on them every 5 mins in vantage but everything seems to be okay for now (46-49 on the CPU) - added an image below

FP30X vs ES120

Hi everyone, as the title says - need help choosing a digital piano.

I'm a beginner (just starting out) - went to a few of the stores in my city that sell pianos and tried out a bunch.

I've ruled out the casios and yamahas (don't like the action). The only 2 options I have left are the KawaiES120 and the Roland fp30x.

I plan to use this to play regular classocal music as well as compose/use it as a midi controller for my reaper setup. The action on the roland felt heavier and I love the fact that it can simulate escapement/let-off, but does the Kawai truly sound better? The stores I visited were quite far apart and like an idiot I didn't take a recording. My ears aren't like thise of a pianist either (I don't know what to look for). I've alao read that the kawai is worse for midi though.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.
