Tenant of Wildfell Hall

Okay, I know I am only on chapter 6 but this book has honestly blown me away so far with the beautiful, witty writing. It's so good and so underrated! I really think I'll have it finished by the weekend. What's everyone's - spoiler free - thoughts on it?

Anna Karenina

Really liked it, haven't found it difficult to read but just found it hard to push on with. I'm a bit dyslexic so it can be overwhelming but I'm so proud of myself as I never ever thought I'd be able to tackle it. What's everyone's (spoiler free) thoughts on it?

I'm just hoping it wraps up soon!

New to the show

Hey,

33F who decided to start this show last week. I'm not even on series 2 yet and I have so many thoughts and questions 😂

  1. Does it get less cringey as the series go on?

  2. Does anyone else struggle with how many characters are introduced at such a quick pace?

  3. I don't understand why if Damon knows that Katherine was using him, why does he want to go to the tomb so badly?

  4. I'm on episode 15 series 1 and so confused about the diary, the teacher that lost his wife, and the constant events happening to Elena's brother.

Trying to push on with it for now.

judges

i'm still fairly new to the strictly world and just trying to understand if there's been any talk about changing or mixing up the judges?

just thought about it due to the change in presenters and the route they've gone down if it made them think about expanding on additional changes throughout the show.

excited for it starting back 🌟

character dining

i really want to do this when go in 2027 for my little boys 5th birthday but i don't have a clue how it works. how do you know which characters arrive? is there any guarantees?

would love him to have a great bday breakfast with a character meet but not sure how it works. could always try just joining a virtual queue for a meet on the day as he doesn't like princesses. he loves mickey, the fab five, lilo and stitch, moana, spiderman.

thanks for any help you can give

EDIT: is cafe mickey still a thing? we are staying at the sequoia hotel

has anyone ever called to add on an extra day to their booking?

booked golden forest club for town days in january for my boys 5th birthday. two adults and my boy.

i could really only afford two days but because of adventureland now, im panicking thinking its nowhere near enough. going to call today and try and add on one more day, so a day in each park and one day for shopping/round ups of any must do rides.

let me know your thoughts 🐭

p.s im thinking it might not be worth the trek back to the hotel every time we want a snack anyway. we didn't book any food packages. we are going to just pay for meals as we go.
