Curious if anyone here is on the peptide journey and what they think is working and helping?

Also curious about anyone that is on trt?
I’ve read mixed things and trying to get some more insight.

My nephrologist knows nothing and not interested in talking about any of them each time I brought them up.

Can I do strength/weight training with a 4 year old mature fistula on my left upper arm?

I am trying to get back into the gym and trying to build some muscle and lose some weight.

Wanted to get some perspective from those who do go to the gym.
