Released without charges, property taken, no inventory list, later told no record of my warrant.”

Seeking advice or hearing from anyone who’s experienced something similar. In 2021, I obtained a Hawaii business license to recycle catalytic converters. In June 2022, five plainclothes officers entered my home without announcing themselves and handed me a search warrant for four guns. They removed about $80,000 worth of my business inventory and personal property. I was jailed for two days and released without being charged with any crime. On 1/6/26, I went to the Second Circuit Court to get a copy of the search warrant. The clerk asked for my case number. I told her I never had one. I gave her the search warrant number instead. She said there was no record of it. I still have the original warrant, and the clerk whose name is stamped on it was the same clerk I spoke with. I still don’t understand how both things can be true. If anyone’s experienced something similar or knows possible legal options, I’d appreciate hearing about it.”

Autograph Index card lot value & advice please

I recently purchased what I thought was 400 autographed index cards of athletes in every major sport. Prior to this I had purchased many other autographed items from this seller. Anyways, after the purchase I come to find there is actually well over 3000 cards all of great players. Plenty HOF players and some coaches even. The collection was TTM for the most part it seems and every single card is in NrMnt. If not Mint condition. The collector also took the time to print the name of each athlete on the reverse corner with most indicating the exact day signed. Late 70’s thru early 90’s. Just trying to figure out the best option to get the biggest monetary return on a massive collection such as this one?
