Applied as a nurse sa City Health Office ng LGU namin. Tapos na ako sa interview and nakapagpasa na ako requirements and sabi they will call/message me daw for Office Order. Ano po yung office order? Gaano katagal po bago makatanggap nun para makastart na ako? Sure na po ba na hired na ako if for office order na ako?
I'm currently working as company nurse and 2 months palang ako. Now, I got accepted sa inapplyan kong City Health Office and urgently nila need ng Nurse start ako ASAP, inendorse ako so tinanggap na nila ako. May isa pa akong interview with a doctor for formality na lang pero sure slot na raw ako.
Ang problem ko is magreresign ba ako accordingly sa work ko now? Kasi sa contract ay need ko magrender ng 30 days or else mape-penalize ako and need to pay 3x ng sahod ko. Sabi ng tita ko mostly panakot lang daw to.
Or should I go AWOL na lang since di naman ako hinahanapan ng COE. Need advice please, ayoko naman sayangin yung spot ko sa LGU 🥹
