What are some tools I’ll need?

Just got hired as an apartment maintenance tech, what are the tools I’ll be needing?

Found a random photo laying on the floor of my house…

My wife found this laying on the floor, we have no idea who these people are let alone how it got into our house. None of our friends or close family know who these people are. Our house has just one entrance/exit and it’s stays closed and locked religiously. Is there some sort of explanation to this?
