Do I Pass? Advice?

I'm 18 and about to start university in a month. I tried coming out to my parents and they weren't necessarily against me being trans but strongly wanted me to be sure (I am sure) before starting T. I was at least able to finally cut my hair short and it's definitely helped a lot. I'm only 5'2 though and try wearing platformed shoes but it can only help so much. I've been voice training for a few months on my own now and gotten pretty good, slowly trying to start using it in public too. I've been told my face is pretty androgynous so I'm also incredibly lucky there. I don't feel fully comfortable posting it on here and know that can make it harder to give advice. I'm more looking at it from a style standpoint for passing, as well as if the haircut helps.

Just looking for any tips or advice! Also, still looking for a new name so open to suggestions!

Planning Tools for Coursework

I'm about to go into my first year in engineering at Guelph and want to make sure I'm well prepared. I've had some experience with Office 365 but it's been a hot minute since I last used it. I'm looking for apps to map out my schedule and coursework. So far I've been using Outlook and Planner but wanted to check if there's anything else that could be better. Preferably, it would also have some mobile version, and be easy to maintain (I'm fine if it's initially complicated to set up, as long as it becomes easier).

Outlook and Planner seem great so far, but I still thought it'd be worth asking!

Boxer and Binder Suggestions!

I'm moving out for uni in a little over a month and can finally have freedom over my fashion without worrying about my parents' comments. I also got a job recently and am getting my first paycheck tomorrow. I want to spend a chunk buying mens boxers / underwear and need brand / general suggestions. Same for binders but there's no where near me to buy in person so I'll likely have to order them to my dorm once I've moved in to avoid my parents catching the package before me. As for that if anyone knows good places to buy binders from (that ship to Canada) that'd be amazing!

In short, any suggestions for mens boxers or binders would be great!

South Residence Washrooms

As of right now it looks like I’ll be ending up in a single in room somewhere in South residence with the Engineering Cluster.

I know the south buildings are coed, yet I heard from a friend that the floors are gendered but they didn’t have any evidence of that, is it true? Additionally, are the washrooms gendered or not?

I’m a trans man (pre-t), but I can’t come out at home and my parents have been heavily involved for the entire application process so I was unable to mark down myself as a trans man on my application but listed a preference for coed housing.

As of fall this year I’ll finally be moving out and finally able to start transitioning medically (ftm). My parents set me up with their doctor once I turned 18 since he also works with my grandparents and therefore has our full family medical history. In short, I know most people have suggested going through him for starting hrt, but I’ve talked to him once and don’t feel comfortable asking. On top of that, I’ll be hours away.

Is there a way once I move to Guelph to have a new doctor there prescribe it for me? Also, what’s the process like for having OSAP cover some of or all of the costs? As a university student my budget will already be tight so saving as much as possible is ideal. Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

So I have this one suit that fits perfectly and gives me a lot of euphoria, but I’ve worn it for every semiformal high school event.

It’s a black blazer, vest, and pants. The pants have no loops for a belt though (I’d rather one that can hold a belt but it’s sometimes hard to shop at 5’2). I also still need to find a shirt and shoes.

Most of my friends are girls and they all found the prettiest, extravagant dresses, and it’s just been making me want something more than my usual plain suit. For our last event I added the vest, wore a boutonnière, and some fresh black converse.

I’m absolutely willing to send picture in DMs if that’s more helpful. I probably won’t be able to get my hair cut short by then too so I just really want to make the fit perfect so I can feel as much like myself as possible.

I’ll happily take any brand recommendations, accessories suggestions (like cufflinks, etc), colour combos, or general suit advice people have to give!
