Advice on 2 nap transition

My LO will be 7 months on 09 July and over the last 2 weeks has reverted from only waking g once at night to feed and then sleeping until 6:30am to waking to feed and then also waking at 4am every morning and only contact sleeping until 6:30am. She also mostly only sleep independently for naps for about 30 - 45 minutes before needing a nap rescue and very rarely does a full nap independently.

We decided to put her on a 2 nap schedule to see if it helps. We put her on 2.75/3/3.25 with 1.5 hour naps. The first day she did really well. Doing decent naps independently but night sleep remained the same. Then day 2 and 3 of the schedule she went back to 30 minute independent naps and being extremely difficult to get back to sleep, but waking g at 5:30 instead of 4am. Last night was the worst so far, waking at 9, 3 and 5:30 and contact sleep until 6:30 am and today's first nap only lasted 25 minutes and took me 15 minutes to get back to sleep. I will add I do t have strict nap cut off times and have each nap be a total of 1.5 hours of actual sleep. She is also still pretty happy and awake after the 3.25 ww before bed and takes some effort to get to sleep (not crying just rolling around happy).

I am obviously doing something wrong here lol. Should I have strict nap cut offs rather than floating naps to get to 1.5 hours of actual sleep each. Should I extend last ww, or have I just completely messed this up and need to start over?

Am I Doing Something Wrong or Is It Just Babies Being Babies?

I have an almost 5 month old (5 months 3 weeks and 3 days to be exact lol) and no matter what I do I can't get more than a 33 minute nap that I then have to rescue with a contact nap. I've been playing around with ww (2.10/ 2.20/2:5/between 2.5 and 2.75. First day of this new routine I managed to get 1 day where she independently napped for almost 1.5 hours independently for both first and second nap, second day both naps were around 43. Minutes before rescuing and third day (today) back to crap 33 minutes and 30 minutes before having to be rescued.

The third nap is always a 30 minute contact nap so I'm not worried about that being independent as it will get dropped when she transitions to 2 naps as she get older. The new routine also resulted in 2 good nights with first night being 7:30pm-5:11 am, feed, sleep until 6:30am and second night being 7:20pm - 4:30am, feed and sleep until 6:30 am and then last night went to custard with her waking at 1am, feed and took an hour to get back to sleep, wake at 5:50 am and had to contact nap until 6:30 am. I have also tried using Huckleberry sweet spot but it put her on supr short ww and extremely long naps resulting in 4 hours of day sleep which resulted in a very under tired baby at night.

Any advice is welcome because I'm stuck on what to do.

For easy reference routine is:

6:30am wake.

2 hour 10 minute ww

8:40am-9:40am nap (30-40 independently the contact nap rescue)

2 hour 20 minute ww

12:00-1:30 nap (30-40 independently the contact nap rescue)

4:00 - 4:45 contact nP (depending on how well first 2 naps were)

7:15 - 7:30 bed

Random Tanked Supply

The strangest thing has happened today. My right boob has randomyl decided to give no milk tonight. When breastfeeding before putting my LO to bed and got a let down of lefty but couldn't off righty. I tried to hand express to help get a let down and literally 2 drop came out and that's it. Tried pumping after feeding to get milk out but also got nothing. I pumped this morning to replace a feed while at a hospital appointment and got 160ml of left and only 40ml on right but didn't think much of it after that as have been breastfeeding as normal and have been getting let downs up until tonight. What's up with righty? Anyone else experience this? Is this normal and will it go back to usual tomorrow? I've never had any issues until now.
