And why hasn't it been canceled?
ALL they do is argue. That's it. It's stressful to watch and nothing enjoyable about it. They get together and fight. Worst show ever. I gave it a chance and tried, but it's awful.
I filed in January for my dad's retirement. Three of us kids were to get a lump sum. When I called to check to make sure they received my paperwork back in January, I asked about how much it would be.
The lady looked it up and gave me the exact amnt he made per month but let's say for easy division that he made exactly 3,000 a month in retirement. Dad died on the 5th of the month so she said you'd take 3k and divide by 30 (days in a month) which is 100.00 per day. She said that would be 500.00 (died on 5th of month) divided by 3 (# of kids) which is $167 per child lump sum.
I got mail yesterday stating I was getting around $68.00. Does that sound right? Maybe the girl that answered the phone told me wrong? I was just wondering if I should call up and inquire why each kid is 100.00 short but such a hassle to try to get in touch with anyone.

My mom naps in her new comfy chairs out in her carport. I got her the chairs, cushions and stools. She uses them a lot when it's not too hot outside. She is older in her 80s.
She has the comfy chairs, stools and I also got her one of those small Ryobi fans she can hook onto the chair to make her cooler.
I was thinking now, all she needs is Alexa outside to listen to music or set alarms.
I noticed the Sonos Play is waterproof and durable and it had great reviews so I thought that would be perfect. It could stay outside on the charger and she could just leave it on the little table in between the chairs and not worry about it. It won't be getting wet as it's protected.
Then I read that it needs to come in and can't stay outside. So now I'm rethinking. I know my mom and she, while outside, will sit in the chair and forget the take the speaker outside.
So this speaker won't work for my intended purpose.
Is there any speaker I could leave outside?
I am still just over 5.00 from meeting my yearly $283.00 deductible with Medicare.
I had seen an eye doctor for eye flashing and the doctor wants to see me every 3-6 month to make sure the flashing is detaching correctly and my retina is ok. So it's medical. Medicare has always paid in the past. Doctor's office says same medical codes are being used as the other few times I went to him for the same reason.
But I went this past April and now being billed 104.00. I don't understand the reasoning they are giving as to why I owe 104.00.
Why wouldn't the amount of the deductible for the year that I owe (5.00) be paid by Medicare so that now I've met my deductible and then United Healthcare pay 100% for the rest. Isn't that what Medigap G does. Medigap G should pay 100% after I've met my deductible?
