This card got absolutely hammered by what TAG is calling a “bend” picked up at 800% magnification on their Surface Defect Transparency scan… the scan photo of the corner with the red and brown boxes are what they sent me “showing” the bend (in the brown box).

I’m not convinced that this is truly a bend and asked for a secondary review. The messages and photo (with boxes) are what they followed up with. I included a more clear image of the scan at that corner and a photo of the corner I took before sending.

I responded asking if they had additional imaging verifying the “bend” due to questionable image quality that they provided me. Waiting for their response.

The card all around is very clean. Only listed ding is the “bend”. I personally feel like it’s just variation in the foiling… has anyone else encountered something like this before?

Sent a single card to test out TAG and although the turnaround was slow AF… not mad about my first grade back!

Love the look of TAG slabs! Hope they can streamline their processes to help meet demand and keep closer to their estimated turnarounds.

What are we thinking on my manga Zoro copy?? White fleck in the center of the compass on the back was speck of the microfiber cloth and isn’t a mark on the card.
